My walking exploits began back in October 1997 when, with a friend and some
of his work colleagues, I walked the Keilder Water Circuit Challenge Walk. A
26 miles in 12 hours walk around Europes largest man made reservoir. Although
the location is different every year, this event is one which I have attended
every year since.
Although I have done other walks prior to 2/9/1998, it is only since then
that I have taken more interest in hillwalking, and as such have started
recording these events here in these trip reports. Trip reports include walk
descriptions, photo's, grid references & heights, walk ascent and descent
profiles and GPS track log route against plotted waypoints. The list below is a
chronological list of my walks since 2/9/1998, but the buttons on the left are
trip reports which are available. Pictures not included in the trip reports can
be viewed in the picture gallery, some of which are from my earlier walks. Also,
by clicking on any picture in the trip reports, you will have a larger version
of that picture displayed. Enjoy.
