Some of my early photos which can be viewed in the walking photo gallery were taken using disposable Kodak cameras. In February 2000, I decided I wanted to try and improve my outdoor photography. This led me to purchase my first 35mm SLR, a Minolta Dynax 404si. Naturally, this also then led to different film types, filters, techniques, lenses, tripods, lighting etc..... Which brings me onto the second, lesser part of my website, photography. With the purchase of a second 35mm SLR, a Minolta Dynax 505si super, I began to take a more general interest in photography. The amount of camera equipment I was beginning to gather proving to be rather expensive to simply use on my trips to the fells. My most recent event providing me with an opportunity to photograph a fireworks display, the results and techniques used are available to look and read here on the photography pages. Whatever your reason for visiting my website, enjoy. This page was last updated on 08-Mar-2002. |
